Job Role: Business Support Officer (Salary Range: £31,960 - £39,000)

The Business Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support to enhance the

efficiency of business operations, assist teams with problem-solving, and ensure seamless

communication between departments and clients.

Key Tasks:
• Coordinate and support daily business operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a central point of contact for teams and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Travel to operational sites as needed to provide on-ground support and address challenges.

Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or
operational role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business management tools.
• A full and valid UK driving license (required for travel to operational sites).

Job Role: Transport Clerk  (Salary Range: £31,400 - £39,000)

The Transport Clerk will assist in the coordination and administration of transportation operations by managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting the logistics team in ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Tasks:
• Organize and monitor transport schedules for deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and the logistics team to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle usage, and delivery documents.
• Track deliveries and update customers with shipment statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification with minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or transport-related role.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A full and valid UK driving license (preferred for occasional on-site support).
